As one of the handful of Americans that not only knows where Australia is, but has had a long-time love affair with the country, I can honestly say that the ad above certainly didn&#039;t suggest anything to me that would lure anyone to Australia. And that&#039;s not even considering the fact that most Americans don&#039;t get the kind of time off that would be needed to even get to areas as remote as those shown (well, except with a private jet -- which kind of fits with your comments). I do hope tourism isn&#039;t hurt by it, but I don&#039;t really imagine it will be helped by it. (Of course, there is the other consideration that most women who have worked hard enough to get to be VPs don&#039;t want to be just &quot;Kate&quot; again.) Sigh. I don&#039;t think it will necessarily hurt Australia, but I don&#039;t see it doing much to help.</description>
